What Wyrework provides

Wyrework is a platform for workflow governance. Our tools — including the AI Risk Check — use AI to analyze information you provide and surface patterns, gaps, and risk signals related to how your team deploys and governs AI agents.

Everything on this platform is designed to help you think more clearly about your workflows. It is not designed to replace the professionals who help you act on that thinking.

What our tools are not

Our tools do not provide legal, financial, regulatory, compliance, or professional advice of any kind. The AI Risk Check and any other assessment tools on this platform produce automated risk signals based on the information you share. These signals are starting points for investigation — not conclusions to act on.

No professional-client relationship is created by using Wyrework. No assessment output should be treated as a compliance audit, legal opinion, or professional recommendation.

How our AI works

When you use the AI Risk Check, you are interacting with an AI system. The assessment is generated entirely by artificial intelligence, not by a human analyst. The AI Risk Check uses large language models to analyze your responses and generate contextual findings. It has not been reviewed by a human professional. It does not account for your specific regulatory environment, contractual obligations, organizational context, or jurisdiction.

Findings are ranked by potential impact based on general patterns — not verified against your particular situation.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the information Wyrework provides. Before making any organizational, legal, regulatory, or compliance decisions based on our tools' output, consult qualified professionals who understand your specific context.

If you share information through our tools, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it.

Your data

Wyrework acts as the data controller for information you provide through the platform. We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (to provide the service you requested) and, where applicable, your consent.

Information you provide through the AI Risk Check is processed to generate your assessment. We do not sell your data. We do not use your inputs to train AI models. We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting sibyl@wyrework.ai.

Limitation of liability

Wyrework provides its tools and content on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any output generated by our tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyrework and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on its outputs, or decisions made based on information provided by our tools.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal. This clause does not override mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction where applicable.
